Dr. Le (Lee) Roy H. Graw and Mr. James Lui will co-present this year's National Fast Response Seminar.
Dr. Lee Graw has more than 25 years of experience as an adjunct professor at various universities, including the U.S. General Services Administration. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in business, finance, accounting, general management, purchasing/procurement management, contract management, and project management. Dr. Lee Graw has a Bachelor of Science form the U.S. Military Academy, a Master of Commerce (MBA) from the University of Richmond, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California. He is currently the National Director for the San Gabriel Valley Chapter.
Mr. Lui received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from Cal Poly Pomona and his M.B.A in Telecommunications Systems Management at National University. Mr. Lui is also one of the Officers (Education) of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter, and also serves as the Chapter "WebMaster". He is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), NCMA Fellow, and Consultant to both private and public sector entities on Internet and other electronic commerce subjects.
